With vast Board Level experience in Sales, Marketing, Data & CRM, and Aftersales, Dale brings a millennial approach to automotive retail. With further experience in eCommerce and 3PL, Dale has been proven to drive commercial improvements across online and offline retail businesses.

Dale was commended by the Institute of Directors Scotland in 2015 as Emerging Director of the year, and in 2016 Dale was named the Rising Marketing Star of the year at the Marketing Society Star Awards.

Dale's passion is to now help other automotive and retail businesses grow their reach, improve their efficiencies, and deliver the customer expectations that 21st century consumers and businesses demand.

Responsible for managing and developing business improvement strategies across all aspects of the business from sales, to aftersales, and modern retailing. One of the main projects for 2012 was to introduce a Service Plan scheme across the group, taking  the group from a starting point of less than 1,000 Service Plans on the database, to a total of 9,000  Service Plans by the end of year. This 800% increase across 6 dealerships has resulted in over £2.75million of secured future revenue over the next three to five years. Beginning in the second half of 2012 I also directed much of my focus on improving the aftersales side of the business as we looked to establish core foundations and processes across each aftersales department in the Peter Vardy. A huge improvement in data quality and data management over an eighteen month period also allowed for more focus on a precise customer contact strategy - an underlying factor to the overall success of any department and business.

Responsible for the management and implementation of business development strategies and projects across all aspects of the business. In H1 2012 we focused on improving used car and aftersales performance across the group, as well as continuing to develop our customer contact strategy, through improved data quality and management, and increased efficiency and productivity from our Cusomer Contact Centre.
